Responsible for the overall repair and maintenance of all slot machines and gaming devices and the coordination and supervision of all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in accordance with property policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates and supervises all Slot Technicians on assigned shift by assigning responsibilities and duties and assisting them if needed.
• Repairs, overhauls, and maintains proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions to hire, transfer, suspend, promote, discharge, evaluate, assign, and discipline all Slot Technicians on assigned shift in a fair and equitable manner.
• Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service. The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Tertiary level education, and 3 to five 5 Slot Technician experience. Electronics degree preferred. Two years of supervisory experience required.
