Casino Marketing Director- Caribbean based

 PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Casino Marketing Director is to manage and provide Marketing, Advertising, Branding, PR,  and Promotional services for the company's Casino products on global and local/regional levels. The Marketing Director  will identify, negotiate and recommend relevant opportunities and then develop, implement, manage and coordinate appropriate strategies to help meet targets and marketing/business objectives as set by company policy.
The main objectives of the role are to:
" Attract new and active players to the Casino properties via innovative and successful online and offline strategies.
" Successfully position and promote the Casino brands generating global and local awareness and high equity.
" To deliver cost-effective and profitable return on investment.
" To assist in the implementation and the ongoing management  programs and to liaise with all relevant internal departments to ensure that projects are achieving optimal levels of performance. 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
MARKETING
" Preparation of marketing strategies, financial forecasts and budgets for Casino products, encompassing product and competition research.
" Identify, plan, develop and implement cost-effective and successful marketing and advertising strategies, 
" Develop and implement successful promotions and incentives to attract new clients and retain existing, via in-house websites or advertising partnerships.
" Analyse marketing and promotional activity and prepare reports of findings and recommendations.

" Identify new marketing, sponsorship and business opportunities across broad media and provide recommendations and reports detailing potential value and benefits to Management for sign-off.
